We visited this location to pick out suits for my sisters wedding both for my father and fiance. Chad was easy to work with and knew which styles made sense for each of their body types but was also what they wanted.
We ended up purchasing one custom suit and one off the rack which we had altered in very short turn around time as we were in a bit of a time constraint. They also had a good selection of dress shirts, shoes, belts and ties so we picked up those there as well. Was a one stop shop for us with great service.
This place is great for quality clothing (custom made suits and shirts) and to be in style (lots of choices to select from). If you want great customer service go there.
Ask for Julio who is an excellent associate and knows how to take care of what you are looking for. Definitely will come back to Moores to shop for my husband and male family members.
Had a great experience at the Barrie North store when I attended on this date. Went in to buy dress shirts and ties for work. Customer service rep Chad waited on me. First time I had an opportunity to deal with him. Was knowledgable and attentive to my needs and provided alot of suggestions to my needs. Ended up spending twice as much as I had originally anticipated partly because of the customer service I received. I have been fortunate with the service reps at Moore's over the years as all have been good but a few stand out and are the ones you want to deal with when you return. Chad will definitely be one.
I bought my son a pair of jeans, he said they were the best jeans he has had in a long time. Christmas is around the corner. I will definitely go a pick up a few items for him and my husband.
Had such a great experience at this store! Sarah and her manager helped us get exactly what we wanted for the cheapest price possible! They were only three employees and about 10 customers in the store and they did their best to help everyone! I recommend this store to everyone who wants great service!
