#mycenturianhome I moved here in January and I have to say I just love it. They have done/doing a great amount of renovations to make this place look and feel better. I find everyone to be friendly and the superintendent has been top on the list for that. She keeps you informed of what will be happening so it doesn't interfere with your day.

I've been renting here for over 4 years now. I've had no problems at all. Apartment building is clean and the outside well taken care of. There have been continuous upgrades the whole time I've lived here. Although the building looks rough on the outside the apartments are nice inside. You can male them as nice as you want. Definitely one of the cheapest 3 bdrms to rent in Barrie, especially considering each unit is 2 floors! The property manager is and always has been on top of any repairs that may have been needed. She is friendly, helpful and deals with any issues immediately. I've enjoyed my time here with friendly and considerate neighbours all around.
