I didn't feel the same way with the sales end, was actually disappointed. Since our Lexus convertible was in getting serviced, I decided to look at the possibility of another vehicle. It's easy to find out what your trade in is worth, yet was offered 4K-5K below that 'trade-in' value.
Overall, it wasn't the same experience as our first purchase 3 years ago in Ottawa. We purchased our car within hours, the sales staff was phenomenal at that location. -

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and she ensured that the process was easy. She explained everything to me and never pressured me to make a decision immediately. The process was really smooth with her and I am 100% satisfied with my new car. I definitely recommend this location to anyone that is considering purchasing a Lexus. Thanks Cathy, as well as Kevin Higginson, the Lexus of Barrie manager. He was awesome.
