Dave who installed our carpet was amazing as well. You could tell he knew what he was doing, very friendly as well. There was no mess left and our carpet and stairs looked so good, I couldn't be happier with the results.

We were successful in getting the product for the floor for our new office. We will certainly use Madonna again for our flooring needs!

Starting with a Covid safe tour of their inventory, to the visit to measure the stairs, to showing up to do the work on time, and leaving the job site clean. It was a simple stairs and Preachers Corner. So not a major job, but they handled it as if this was a major job. One happy set of Customers. TY

Madonna (sales rep) was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and personable, and made some excellent recommendations. It was a real pleasure working with her!
The installers (I’m sorry, I forget their names) were very professional, friendly, and courteous, and did an exceptional job at installing the new underpaid and carpet...and they hauled away the old!

I used End of the Roll for two sets of stairs during a recent renovation.
Perfect for small projects. Using a carpet remnant saved me about 40-50% on the job (with install) compared to what other stores could offer.
Shawn, the salesperson was awesome to work with. When I had some last minute changes to my order he was accommodating and made it work. Scheduling was easy and install day went like a breeze.
Showroom has lots of natural light unlike competitors who are mostly in darker spaces with overhead florescent lighting. Another great thing about their store layout is you get to see the actual rolls of carpet. The advantage here is you get to look at a larger areas of carpet vs. just a tiny sample.
Prices are listed on products which makes shopping on a budget easy. Lots of good inventory and the underlayment options are affordable and high quality.
