Customer service was great and attentive.
Just had a water softener installed 3 days ago, what a difference. For the first time in 12 years I have great hair holding its styling without tons of hairspray. I can't believe it, I had no idea! Grandma's rash and itchy eczema has eased off too. Even the clothes feel cleaner! Amazed and relieved. If you live in Barrie get a water softener, you'll be glad you did.

The Barrie branch went above and beyond to assist me with a newly acquired (used) Culligan water softener with parts and excellent service. The manager himself made a house call to make a couple of adjustments to ensure the system was 100%. I highly recommend them!
