(January 29, 2018, 5:27 pm)I had a problem with what I thought was the power supply in my desktop PC. After speaking with Rob on the phone I took the box in for them to look at. This was a Saturday morning and I thought I wouldn't see my computer again for a few days but I was wrong. Rob looked it over and called me within a couple of hours. It wasn't the power supply after all, actually he couldn't find anything wrong with it. It turned out to be the power supply in the monitor itself. I was charged a nominal fee for checking it out and I was very happy. I will definitely be back in the future. Many thanks.
