(February 16, 2022, 12:44 pm)It's never a good time when you come from a wreck, but with Certified Car & Truck Rentals I certainly felt like they did everything they could to help me out and definitely helped with the pain and hassle of an accident! Very professional, friendly and understanding - I felt like I was taken very good care of and they had very honest and genuine intentions of helping.
Jon and the whole company were amazing with responding quickly no matter what day or time it was when it came to questions and concerns.
I know I will be referring friends, family and customers to this business if the time ever comes and their customer service goes a long way!
Please keep their contact information handy as if the time ever comes it will be nice to know you will be well taken care of.

(December 9, 2021, 10:17 pm)Shortly after my truck was written-off, Dh towing took charge and hooked me up with Certified car and truck. They had a new rental vehicle delivered to my home that night. Their service was prompt, and courteous as were the office staff. Highly recommended

(September 28, 2021, 2:47 am)After my car burnt to a crisp and friend sent me to Certified Rental. I'm so happy he did. They got me their last vehicle and delivered it from Vaughn, to my country home in Singhampton at 9:15 pm, on a Monday evening! Jason, the young man I got to do my paperwork with, was extremely personable and made the experience very enjoyable. He was polite and knowledgeable. I was blown away by the customer service experience we received and will recommend to all of my family and friends here on out!
