We are very happy with our Bullfrog Spa but in particular were very pleased with the great service by the delivery team, and then by after sales phone support. However, we were especially impressed with the support from our sales rep Tylor who made a special trip to our home to help us deal with a noise issue. When we explained our concerns, he understood the issue Immediately and came to our house the next day where he resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Tylor!

(December 21, 2020, 7:24 pm)We just got our R7L in November. Has been the best thing we have done for ourselves. My husband and I have stressful jobs and it is so nice to come home to our tub at the end of a crazy day. The staff at Bullfrog Spas in Barrie have been amazing help to us get associated with our new tub. Water testing and chemical advice are done on site which has been a big help to us. So far our experience has been very positive.

Bullfrog was the our decision and we decided to purchase from Barrie Bullfrog event though we are from the GTA. On our initial visit, we were impressed with Gerry's honesty and straightforward communication. They have the knowledge and the stock to make your selection easier .Gerry's background as a service tech helped answer any of our concerns. After the professional delivery team set up the tub we needed to learn how to maintain the water, the staff helped us throughout the learning curve. We had many choices as consumers and to date Bullfrog Barrie has provided the service and the knowledge that we would recommend to anyone that is wanting a first class Hot Tub and service provider.
