All I can say is we wish we used Brent when purchasing our home. We, like many others are comfortable with our daily bank and wanted to keep all our finances in one place and by doing so would have the added bonus of removing any monthly fees. At the beginning of our journey we talked with the bank's Mortgage Specialist and were verbally promised a extremely low rate, close to the lowest on ratehub.ca. But a few months later when we finally found our house and went to finalize the paperwork their tune had changed stating that "they knew they couldn't match that rate" "the powers that be can't go that low". Unfortunately this was all told to us just days before possession not giving us time to go anywhere else. After talking with Brent we found that he would have been able to get us a lower rate with one of his lenders with the same conditions. Not calling Brent first has costed us thousands in interest and it's safe to say we have learned our lesson. Brent is a kind, respectful and proficient Mortgage Specialist, give him a call.
