Bought a Norco fatbike from these guys, fair pricing and when I had an issue they fixed it with no trouble.

You want this to be your bike place. Outstanding, fast, experienced service at a good price. Great selection. Tube replaced, head set tightened on a carbon fiber Kestrel under 15 minutes. Friendly, courteous no nonsense. Tyvm.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service, here. I went in looking for a bike. Since I last rode, there are about 15 new types of bikes and 1000 different options for each. The gentleman who was assisting me spent about an hour going over all the types and parts and inner workings. I didn't end up buying the bike I saw on their site because he though I would be better sticking with my MTB and saving for something which would better fit me over the winter.

He could have made a sale, but valued my satisfaction over a quick profit. I will be buying my road bike there in the Spring.
