    Access Storage has great knowledgeable staff with a great sense of humor. The ladies always have the answers to all of my questions when I ask them. The storage units are always clean and the staff is there if you need to buy locks if needed. I have moved frequently over the last few years and Access Storage has been there to store my belongings three times now. They are my go to when I need storage, I don't want anywhere else. The 24/7 availability is amazing and I am grateful to it due to my hours of work. I don't need to worry about my safety or the security of my unit. Thank you Access Storage for my peace of mind.

    Pros:

    - Promotional pricing is amazing!
    - Staff is easy to work with
    - Units are a good size, clean

    Cons:

    - Gate code did not work the first time I went to drop of stuff. If the office had not been open, that would have hindered my entire weekend
    - I filled out all the forms online like the agent on the phone said. This was supposed to make my experience at the office quicker. Fast forward to when I got to the office, I had almost 40 minutes of paperwork to fill out. This felt like I wasted time filing anything out online.
