We are new in the area and have never owned a septic system before so their support and assistance was really needed. Their service was exceptional - friendly, courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. Sarah and Ryan were both great to deal with. I highly recommend them for service or pumping.

(June 29, 2020, 2:40 pm)The folks at A-1 Septic were courteous and responsive. We had a backup and they squeezed us in and sent Ryan. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He got us fixed up in no time. We have used them for our regular 5 year pump out and they are always on time. Love this company. If you use them you will feel the same. I can't say enough about this outfit!

(May 1, 2020, 11:52 pm)The alarm had gone off on the septic system late in the evening. A representative from the company called back the next morning and arranged a call. The crew showed up on time and advised that a pump was not necessary and charged only for a service call. Very honest, dependable and reliable service. I will use them again and recommend them.

(September 25, 2019, 5:21 pm)I called A-1 Septic Pumping today to get my tank pumped. I was in a bit of a situation and needed it done ASAP. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and understanding of my situation and even know they were busy and I called on short notice I was told that they could help me the same day and be here late afternoon. Well about 2 hour's after I called they were at my house to pump my tank way before I was expecting them to show up. Very polite and very professional. I called and spoke to a women there afterwards who was just as polite and helpful. Best customer service I've received from any business in a very long time. I highly recommend A-1 Septic Pumping to anyone needing their system pumped. Thank you A-1 for amazing customer service!!!
