Could be a good place for last minute needs and small purchases when I pass by. Unfortunately there is a 20$ minimum for purchases using credit which is very outdated and inconvenient. I feel they might be losing a lot of business for the sake of 2% loss on transactions.
If I'm spending much more than 20$ I will usually head into the city.

A convenient store pretty high prices. Interestingly they didn't let me use my US debit card, saying it won't work since it is a Visa card. I went back with a Canadian Visa debit and they accepted it. Strange. Walmart is 20 minutes drive so sometimes OK to shop here, but I wouldn't make it a habit.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, fresh veggies but I guess it was monday and their shipment wasn't in yet.

Great place, with friendly small town service. I would have to say one of the highlights is the the meat section. Always fresh, great steaks, hamburger, chicken breast, etc. You might pay a little more than Walmart but you don't have to leave Beachburg. I always prefer to support small, local businesses and this is one worth supporting.
