(March 2, 2021, 3:28 am)I imagine they are perfectly fine elsewhere, but being on the outskirts of a small town the internet we receive is not the best, nor can we go to a higher package. That is due to the lines that transfer the internet which I do not think is their fault, I am glad to just have internet and they supply it. I hope that eventually we will be able to get more than 6mbps where we live, but this is good.
(August 1, 2019, 11:47 pm)I have been with NRTC for about 3 years... been mostly rock solid until recently. It has been up and down constantly in Petawawa for the last 3 days... called tech support and they said they were doing upgrades... well something went sideways... Fix it, or expect your already low rating to sink like a rock.
