Our new 10 year passports were reviewed and submitted for processing at the end of March, I picked them up today! Also, our daughter lost her wallet last month. She arrived at Service Canada at 3:40 pm-on a Friday. They provided her with her confirmation letter of her social insurance number AND processed her passport application. Tremendous service!! We are very fortunate to have this administration in our community.
