(January 2, 2023, 3:03 am)I am trying really hard to love this place because it has great potential. I have ordered 3 times. The first time, my pizza was amazing. I raved to everyone I knew sharing how great the pizza is, the crust is buttery, blah blah blah so a group of us ordered food for new year and the pizza wasn't fully baked and had underbaked crust. Tonight I am trying them again and I explained my previous experience and I got my meal for free. The pizza tonight is still underbaked and I think they are making the crust too thick to bake thoroughly. I hope they get it together. Chicken bites and bread is superb. Tey them out.

(December 13, 2022, 5:37 am)First time going here. Must be why it reflected on the pizza. We love pizza hut, and customer service was fast and friendly. Store was very clean, atmosphere great. So assumed that it will be about the same as all the others. It was the same for toppings and cheese but found the bottom half of crust very greasy. Maybe just new employees learning the ropes. Overall, pizza was still good, minus the excessive grease.

(December 4, 2022, 4:02 am)Great first experience! Went in to order (and even though the restaurant was busy) the service was superb and they recommended some amazing items to try! The wait was not long for a walk-in order and the food was soo delicious! We will absolutely be going back and looking forward to having this business in Renfrew for years to come! :)
