4 years ago I almost lost my life from a flu shot. I was put on 100mg of prednisone and it took over three years for me to get off the drug. The resultant withdrawal effects stopped me from golfing and skiing. I had great difficulty walking, bending, my total body flexibility and strength was very low. I am a 72 year old senior who has had 2 knee replacements and have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Before attending Sue's class , I was extremely stiff and sore every morning just getting out of bed. Even small chores were difficult.
