Walk-in and see a reverse-hyper with 9 plates on it… real gym.
Very very friendly....nice people of all ages....get to watch others working out and pick up ideas from them...

Really like this place!! Amazing knowledgable and friendly staff who are excellent at teaching members how to lift safely with proper form which is essential when lifting to prevent injury. If you are new to lifting and want to make sure you get off on the right foot these people can teach you how. Members I have met while there are also friendly and willing to share the knowledge they have aquired from the active competitive professional lifters working there. Arnprior is fortunate to have such professional and knowledgable people in their community who know how to lift like these guys and gals and I would imagine Renfrew as well. I have been around the fitness industry most of my life and these people know there stuff.
I travel 30 min whenever I can to workout with these folks and would be a regular there if my scheduale permitted.
Thanks to all of you for the help I have received there in the short time I have known you all and maybe one day I can join yous full time.

Good set up. Not a regular, but when I stop in always treated well. Note it is more a powerlifting gym, so if you are looking for a pile of machines, this is not the place for you. But if you want to squat...
