Alina Gardner, was one of my greatest mentors during my personal development journey. She was my friend, class mate, and mentor during my College years. Honestly I doubt I would have done it out of College, and Board exams without her help. She is absolutely one of my favorite Registered Massage Therapists. As an RMT myself I need a specific type of treatment, have very high expectations when I get a massage therapy treatment, and have a hard time allowing my body to be touched because of my very specific injuries, but with Alina I feel safe and thoroughly enjoy my treatment.

The massage therapists who work there make a great team and put in the effort to help every client feel safe, treated with care and respect.
