(December 6, 2019, 7:18 pm)I visited the Starks Stouffville location twice now I was pleasantly surprised how I was treated the first time, so I had to come back. The front lady (I think her name was Holly) was very kind and welcoming. I got my hair cuts done by Carm and Julie. Both did a great job, I will definitely be coming back again and I will recommend Starks to everyone.
