(August 15, 2021, 12:50 pm)We recently adopted our furry friend from here. With Covid going around, we were a little worried as we didn't really get to meet our kitten before taking him home. However Jessica and her colleagues were more than happy to send us videos daily before picking him up. Also, we were originally interested in another fellow and Jessica had suggested our little guy thinking he'd be a better fit for our household and was she ever right! She took the time to get to know us and we couldn't be happier. Our kitten has also received all his shots,worm treatments, was neutered and microchipped. Not only that, but we were given food for a week as well as a voucher for almost 100$ worth of food for our little dude through Royal Canine. Amazing service and staff, thank you again!

(August 14, 2021, 2:58 pm)I understand that everything is more difficult with Covid-19 related issues but the staff I felt with were all very friendly and the place was clean. Super clean. There were not many animals but they were well loved.

(March 20, 2021, 2:16 am)Note: I have not visited this place yet however this review is for the receptionist. She is so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure speaking to her as she's very understanding. I definitely planning on adopting a pet from here in the future. I cannot thank her enough; she's one of the kindest people I've ever met!
