Our front-load laundry machine stopped draining. We thought we might need to buy a new machine. But over the phone, Peter walked me through the steps I could take to fix the issue myself

When I removed and cleaned the impeller I realized it had died after 10 years of good service. Peter referred me to the leading suppliers in Toronto and the next day I bought a new impeller for about CDN$160. I installed it and the machine works great now.

I don't think I would have done any of this if Peter hadn't encouraged me to take it one step at a time. He's extremely knowledgeable and patient and gracious. We appreciate how helpful and patient he was.

Peter is just wonderful. It's clear he's not only incredibly knowledgeable but takes pride in what he does and cares deeply about his customers - even ones he only ends up helping over the phone like us. When we called about an issue with our washing machine, he took time on the phone to really get the details about what was going on instead of rushing us through a bunch of generic questions and booking a time to check out the machine. 

Because of that, he was able to expertly diagnose the problem over the phone, let us know it was something we could try on our own if we wanted and gave us information on where we could get the part we needed and expert tips on what to be mindful of when we installed it. And he of course offered to come in if we weren't able to resolve it on our own. 

It all worked out and our machine is working thanks to him. He saved us time and money - we only had to pay for the part, no labour cost and we were able to get it done right away instead of waiting until he was available. He didn't hesitate to give his 100% best to help us find the best solution even if it meant he was losing out on service and labour fees. He said his aim is to save people time and money whenever he can. Truly exceptional service and just a great guy. He's the only one we'll call in the future.

Peter is excellent and REALLY knows his stuff! I emailed him in August when my fridge suddenly stopped working and he emailed back right away with tips I could activate on the spot. The fridge was fixed instantly based on what he told me to do -- which he saved me money because he knew exactly what was wrong. It's been over a month now and the fridge is functioning better than ever! Peter even called to check and see that all was fine afterwards. He's excellent and honest and really knows his stuff. Thank you again, Peter.

Peter was able to come by to fix our dryer within 3 Hours of our call! He was fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Charged a very fair price too. Highly recommended!!

The Best of The Best! I had an issue with one of my major appliances. I reached out to Peter, and he was able to visit my place the next day.
