(August 13, 2021, 5:11 pm)I called Genie Tuesday morning during the height of the heat wave and Waseem was able to get a technician to my place same day. My AC stopped working and it was a reason totally different than what I thought. Very courteous technician who spent time to explain and run through diagnostics! The price was also very reasonable. Overall I’m very pleased and will call again. Waseem’s goal is to fix first, replace if necessary.

(June 28, 2021, 6:16 pm)My AC quit on the weekend, hottest week so far. They showed up and I thought i was going to be replacing the AC unit. The tech figured out the issue very quickly and was able to repair it within the hour. I like fair and honest service and they certainly deserve 5 stars!

They provided a reasonable estimate, answered all my questions patiently (a lot of them!) and did a great job overall. They were kind enough to complete an unrelated repair to our water heater without additional cost which is very much appreciated.
I highly recommend Genie heating if you need any HVAC job completed by a professional and trustworthy team!
