This company goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. I had recently purchased a Kohler 20KW unit from them and had it delivered and when the fire up of the unit was conducted; the engine seized up. The tech (Joey) immediately called the office to inform (Thursday) them of the issue and assured me that this would be taken care. That same day I spoke with Gina (Thursday) in the office who apologized for the defective unit and set about arranging for an immediate replacement. Due to the issue with the unit’s engine a new engine was set for replacement the following week. I received a call from Joey afterhours on Thursday to let me know that the owner of the company (Bob) had pushed for a complete replacement of the unit as opposed to an engine swap. Gina also refused to accept any monies owing on the install/unit until the new replacement was installed and verified.
Joey and Brett arrived early on the day of replacement and spent the better part of half a day installing and load/stress testing the unit.

I cannot say enough good things about this company apart from they truly treat their customers’ right and go above and beyond.
Pleasure having them as the company for my generator.
