(September 2, 2020, 12:52 am)We had a great experience shopping at Zilli Homes. Both from being very friendly and responsive in the online chat from browsing the website to visiting the showroom and getting a similar experience in person.
I had the opportunity to work with Emily and she was very helpful through the entire process. We were looking at the Modular Sofa which meant we had a lot of selection in terms of size of sofa, fabrics and wood finishes. She was informative from the start and gave us ample time to browse the large selection of fabrics in their store. When needed, she was available and went through everything we needed to know from start to finish.
We will definitely look out for her for future purchases! -

(August 25, 2020, 3:02 pm)We have ordered furniture from Zilli twice now, for our last home and now our new one. Carla is amazing to deal with - very patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. This time, the items I ordered were back-ordered and Carla let me know right from the beginning so I wouldn't be disappointed. They ended up being ready earlier than expected and I was kept informed throughout the process. I will continue to work with Carla and buy interesting pieces from Zilli.

She was willing to show us all the options available to satisfy our needs and what we were looking for. We looked at many stores and are happy to say we ordered a couch set from Zilli. Highly recomend this store for purchasing a living room set. Thanks so much Carla! :)

Carla really made my vision come to life and offered me her suggestions throughout. From the initial purchase up till the delivery and set up, I had no issues whatsoever.
Definitely recommend Zilli Home Interiors!
