  I had to come here for a full week straight, of course I read the reviews and expected bad experiences but I have honestly never had one at this location. Evening admin staff are very friendly and compassionate. That’s why I kept coming back. What I had noticed about this location in particular is the certain clientele/patients that walk in, majority of them are rude, never want to wait long, and complain over every little thing. This is a walk in clinic and doctors are very busy. Don’t expect service as if you are at some 5 star hotel and resort. I would say staff kept it professional. There are some kind and young knowledgeable doctors at this location who have been very helpful to me and my health issues. And experienced only 1 rude male doctor (old guy) but I don’t care about that. I would come back here if I had a choice. It’s cleaner than most walk in clinics, and also fairly newer than other locations I have been to.

  Didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes. Staff at reception are very kind and helpful. I was not there for an urgent matter however, they were still very accommodating. The doctor I had was very kind and comforting.

  I am seriously surprised by how many people complain about long wait times, as I have visited this clinic many times and I've never experienced this.
  
  I would give this place five stars, as I've never had to wait more than three or four minutes to be seen - one time, as soon as I sat down after registering, my name was called and my wife and I just looked at one another in disbelief. Absolutely amazing.
  
  Never any issues with the girl at the front counter, as she's pleasant and effective.
  
  The reason why I'm not giving five stars - one time, some quack on a work visa from some third world country in Africa REFUSED to treat me! Flat out refused! And was very rude about it! As he was walking away from me, I politely reminded him why he was in Canada, how he got into the country, and that this situation could quickly change for him for refusing to treat the Canadian public. He immediately turned around, came back to me, and apologized. He suddenly became very pleasant, helpful, and his English even got better!
  After that, I was treated and on my way in less than five minutes.
  Again, would have been five stars, I'm just not a big fan of being refused to be treated by a doctor because of pure laziness.
