Window City

Moved into our home Jul 1st and some windows had broken latches and trigger pulls. Reached out to window city and Chris worked with me via e-mail very attentively so that I could get a dozen new latches shipped out to me. Instructions made it super easy with the video on YouTube. Chris was more than helpful! I was fearing that it was going to be an expensive service call, but fast forward to today and all windows are good as new. Thank you window city!

Was looking for some hardware for my windows that I bought 20 years ago. Not only did they still have the hardware I needed but the design was improved upon, and they had it in stock. With Chris Dadswell's help I was able to pick it up and have it in my hand the same day. Chris even took the time to show me how to install the hardware. Outstanding customer service that is hard to find these days.

Bought a house with broken latches after renovations on a couple windows. I called the service department and spoke with Chris who said to come in and ask for him. He came out from back, supplied me with a couple replacement parts and then took time to show me how to install them.
