Nico was great. Super personable and friendly right off the bat. He was super accommodating for me to have my dad come and look at the car and when an unexpected maintenance issue came up before purchase he notified me instantly and apologized (which was at no fault of his own). He even threw in brand new tires! This is my second car and after dealing with a huge dealership for my first car, I wasn't excited about looking for a new car.
