(February 8, 2018, 3:36 am)There is no question that Michelle is incredibly talented and is amazing at what she does, but her passion goes beyond. She takes the time, effort, patience and is so meticulous with her work which is living proof on each of her clients. I trusted Michelle on one of my most important days of my life; my wedding day. She customized her work exactly the way I wanted, naturally glamorous and elegant. I even decided to do my own makeup on the day of because her work made it so easy for me. I cried, laughed and enjoyed every moment of our special day without having to worry about eyelashes falling, glue coming undone or runny makeup. Above all else, she really cares about her clients and takes it upon herself to ensure we are living examples of her quality art.. yes I said, ART! I used to be a regular eyelash extension client years ago and had to stop because it damaged my eyelashes which took months and tons of eyelash serums to recover. I cannot stress how important it is to trust a professional, you can really cause permanent damage which is really not worth it.. I would recommend Michelle to anyone in a heartbeat with the disclaimer, of course, that you'll never want to stop!

Always smells fresh and SUPER CLEAN! Michelle who does my eye lashes is super sweet, kind, caring and loving. She has a TRUE passion and love for her work and puts nothing but dedication and hard work into her art which is truly what it is. She goes out of her way to make you look your best!
So happy I was introduced to The Ritz&Glam and I wouldn’t go elsewhere!!
