Osteo healing changed my life. Truly a God sent. After having my son I had a lot of post delivery back issues. I was using a Walker to get around. Sofia got me moving without it in a short period of time. Her care and encouragement made a world of difference. I have referred her to friends and family and they too have benefited from her care. I highly recommend it.

I started seeing Sofia a couple if years ago after hurting my back. I had tried physio, acupuncture and massage and wasn't feeling any better. It was suggested I try osteopathy and to be honest I was very skeptical.

My first appointment Sofia did a full assessment and treatment. I remember being surprised when she asked me how I had injured my tailbone and could tell it was a very old injury. Again, still skeptical I explained and she said that it made sense. She completed the treatment and let me know that I'd be sore later but I'd feel much better the next day. She wasn't lying! The next day I felt like someone lubricated all my joints. I was shocked!

Needless to say I've been seekng Sofia regularly ever since. She has helped fix my back, my hips and amazingly my sinuses!
