(May 9, 2019, 8:39 am)Signed my daughter up to train here a few months ago. When I see how much she has learned and accomplished in so little time I am truly amazed. Her trainer Maria Is dedicated to making sure that all her students leave every class motivated, confident and sweating from a workout. Seriously impressed with this establishment. Adults and kids classes for beginner or advanced pupils. Clean, homegrown and equipped. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you're looking to enroll yourself or your children here, look no further. You wont be disappointed.

If you are looking to lose weight, build confidence and feel great after an intense workout this is the place to be. Workouts are always intense, challenging and fun. I lost 60lbs and still going strong, thank you to Maria for excellent classes, motivation and the very best training. No regrets!

The owner Maria is amazing and helps push you along the way and make sure that you reach your goals the classes are fun and very challenging cleanest gym I've ever been in everyone is so welcoming and supportive.
