(December 4, 2018, 11:29 pm)When we took on the complete gut renovation of our home, we wanted European Tilt-n-Turn windows. I reached out to several companies operating in North America, but Sandra's responsiveness and expertise made NeuFenster quickly our go-to choice.
Sandra worked with us through several revisions of our architectural drawings, updating countless quotes, adding/ removing features, patiently helping us figure out how to get the most bang for our buck. In a world where it is often hard to get hold of contractors, she was super responsive and helped us in more ways than I can count.
The windows got put in by an Internorm certified technician (Gerald - Thanks!) in Spring 2016, we moved in June, and have been happily living in our new home since.
The quality is top-notch (windows that insulate noise, convenient tilt-n-turn operation, slide-down bug nets, and top-of-the-line lift and slide) and the service is impeccable. Sandra and Imre stand behind their business 100%.
