  great place to find appliance parts at a reasonable price. if you are handy you can fix your appliances at a fraction of the price.....you won't be disappointed

  I went in early morning to get some replacement parts for some coin op washers and dryers that were broken in to. I had very little information and a box full of broken parts. The gentleman there and another gentleman Frank went above and beyond to patiently help me pick out he correct parts I needed. Did I feel like I got ripped off paying what I did ($50 plus dollars for a piece of metal)- yes! But that is the going cost for that part: it wasn't from Marcone marking it up excessively. I checked the price they charged me after and for all 12 pieces I ordered- their price was always lower than I what I found at an online competitor. These parts are expensive because they can be but that is the going rate. I have no clue on this stuff and honestly they had me at their mercy and could have charged me anything and I would not have known better. The fact they charged me a fair price when they very easily could have overcharged me makes me appreciate them and they have won a customer for life. Thanks to everyone there.
