(February 22, 2021, 1:31 am)I was given a lavender Zedbed pillow for Christmas. This is the best thing that has happened for my sleep routine ever. I have been working to overcome issues with insomnia and since receiving this pillow my sleep schedule has improved drastically. It is comfortable and the gentle lavender infused scent triggers the wind down process in my brain. The lavender must be an essential oil or water, it has no artificial or over powering smells. I love this pillow.
