(May 17, 2022, 7:27 am)I called Simon because I had an issue with my garage door and he was refered by a friend. I was unable to open or close the door. Simon was quick to answer his phone and after sending him a few pics he was quick to diagnose the problem. He arrived the next day to fix the issue and because he already knew what the problem was, there was no waiting for parts as he already had them with him. This sped up the repair time. His service price is very reasonable. He also took his time and thoroughly explained what went wrong with my door. He has been in the business a long time and is very knowledgeable. Simon will be my go to guy in the future if I ever need service again or I when i need a new door installed.

He had excellent communication and was able to deliver in the middle of the winter and global supply chain issues within 2 weeks! Very pleased with the quote, install and follow up.

Highly recommend we try to fixed our garage door but no one will do it for us because it was complicated to install as they mention but Simon from junior’s garage door found a way to do it and also install a silent motor to open the door. Very friendly service and fast installation.
