  I was referred by a friend to see Anna, for my shoulder pain, that I had for a while and wasn't getting better. She was very thorough, and systematic, and was able to make a great plan for my recovery. Within a few short weeks, I was able to return to playing badminton with no issues!

  After going to another physio which did not help for my hip pain, I decided to try my luck with In-Form. After 10 sessions, I was not only pain-free, but also able to hike again!

  I had severe back pain, and didn't what to do as it just wasn't getting better after a work accident. After only a couple of treatments with Anna, I was able to return to work, and now am able to prevent future episodes with some great exercises.

  I came to see Gili after a bad fall where I fractured my wrist. She was great in addressing my concern, showed me some exercises, and with the manual therapy, I was able to regain full wrist ROM after a few short weeks! I am now grateful to report, that I am back to playing badminton with no issues. Thanks for the great service!

  An amazing physiotherapy clinic with very passionate and experienced physiotherapists. Anna was great in putting together a great treatment plan to address the shoulder pain that I was having for many months. With a lots of exercises, and manual therapy, I was pain free within a few short weeks. Highly recommended.
