He is very knowledgeable physician, very friendly with kids, listen to patient’s chief complaints, with professional demeanor. We always seen on time .
Saw him for the first time recently, really like his professionalism. He was thorough, communicative, non-dismissive, and listened and questioned me about symptoms prior to making his final assessment. And I liked the lady at the front desk, she too was polite, friendly, professional, and had good manners. Everyone there seemed sensible and level headed and rational, and respectful of one another. Even the patients in the waiting room were respectful of one another, and I think that's because the doctors and staff have created an environment with a good positive energy and it radiates to everyone around them. I would definitely go back to this clinic. And the wait wasn't very long either.
I've been going to Dr. Sarsam for along time. He is very knowledgeable, he listens to his patients and he is in no rush to get out of the room, unlike other doctors.
