(May 12, 2019, 2:18 pm)Dr. Hetal Patel is great. I loved how she explained everything she's about to do, before actually doing it. Eye exams can be a bit uncomfortable but Dr. Patel is very patient and that itself makes the process comfortable.

(January 10, 2019, 9:32 pm)Wonderful doctor! Very friendly. Nice office space at the back of the Pearle Vision, but separate so there is no pressure to buy glasses there. She took the time to explain everything and answer questions, really knew her stuff! I'm so glad to have found her!!!

(April 22, 2018, 10:42 pm)I have been going to Dr. Patel for years now, even though it is out of the way for me living in Markham. I find that she is very good and well informed. I have a particular medical condition and she does her utmost to ensure that my eyes are healthy. I even took my parents to her and they were very happy with the way she explained everything. In addition, she has great taste in eye wear as she helps me pick my frames and I always get compliments! Totally recommend her!
