I decided to make DeckMart my choice of supplier after stumbling across Karolina's professional Instagram page. The composition and variety of her posts provided me with the perfect visual aid of what DeckMart has to offer. With eagerness, I immediately reached out to her. My first phone appointment with Karolina went absolutely amazing as she was able to not only meet my expectations, but rather, surpass them. She is extremely kind, helpful, and genuine. Prior to speaking with Karolina, I felt somewhat intimidated by the "decking realm" seeing that I had no previous experience nor knowledge when it came to starting my deck project. However, Karolina made this process extremely easy for me and answered all of my questions while giving me honest feedback. She provided me with all the options DeckMart has available (which I have to note, feels infinite). No matter what silly question I had, Karolina never hesitated to answer. She truly cared about my vision and tailored her design perspective to fit mine.

I have yet to meet an associate like Karolina who is so passionate about and dedicated to their work. The team provided such an amazing experience! I look forward to working with DeckMart and Karolina in the near future.
