Irene showed her great passion to help me even I mentioned that I wasn’t so sure to open an acc at BMO, then eventually offered me a premium acc. Most impressed is, there wasn’t an ideal finance product by the day I headed to the branch. She made a promised that she will follow up when she found a good one, and she did call me days later to ask my permission, I really appreciate that.

He took what was in my mind a daunting and complex process and ensured that I was comfortable and had a firm grasp on what was going on at all times. I give the highest recommendation and believe all students should be gifted with the same customer service that I have received at BMO.
