(January 26, 2022, 2:04 am)Arash helped me buy my first property in Bradford, back in 2021. I had my closing coming up and was getting declined everywhere. I was very hopeless until I met Arash, he was able to secure my 1st mortgage with private lender who's rate was as good as a B lender's rate with no hidden fees.
Fast forward to this month, he took the initiative and contacted me saying it's a good time to try and refinance with a bank. I listened to him and not only we have successfully refinance with a bank, but my property's value has increased by half a million and it's all because of Arash. Thank you for all your help! -

Our accountant made some errors which caused a lot of unnecessary paperwork, Arash never gave up and showed compassion during the whole process. He was able to bring in multiple offers from lenders and helped us choose which rates where best for us! Arash is extremely hard working and we highly recommend him! He goes above and beyond to not only get you approved fast but he is also very assuring and delivers feed back in a very timely manner. Thank you Arash!
