They are making a huge difference in the lives of the extreme poor through organic, nutrient-dense agriculture, natural medicine and nutrition training. It's not just for orphans, but it was inspired by orphans. Now O4O helps communities build resilience and find hope. The training creates a foundation of health, so people can fight disease and flourish. Without health, there's no wealth - this is a first step out of poverty.
