(January 21, 2020, 10:19 pm)I was sceptical to have my lashes done since mine were naturally long and healthy but after posting an inquiry on my instagram account it seemed most of my friends were investing in lash extensions and thrilled with the results. It was after receiving 3 referrals to The Lash Step that I decided to book an appointment.
The space is clean, cool, and offers a positive, relaxing vibe.
Miriam listened to my concerns, and request to maintain a natural look, that would accommodate my specific face and eye shape.
I've gone back to fill my lash extensions every 3 weeks or so, since.
My loyalty to The Lash Step goes beyond vanity (having darker, longer, professionally-applied lashes), but resides in Miriams' credentials and positive energy (I look forward to each appointment), professionalism (she's never moved my appointment or run behind), responsiveness (I message her with questions and appointment requests to which she is quick to reply).
Further, I appreciate that Miriam always delivers, especially regarding the style I request (its a lady's prerogative to change her mind).
Lastly, my morning (and travel) make-up routine has never been so quick and simple. I wake up confident, and go about my day (into the evening) free from needing mascara touch-ups.
I would absolutely recommend Miriam, The Lash Step! -

The studio is clean, decked out with every lash accessory you could think of, and a very homey feel. Anyone can tell that Miriam is extremely proud of her work, and she will make you look your absolute best! 5/5 ❤️
