(May 3, 2019, 9:15 am)WOW, the customer service in every dept is fantastic. Mark deserves the most praise, when the North York Centre closed, I was at a loss. He is laser-focused on answering my questions, trying to educate me and has provided options that saved me $$. That's the right way to embrace and have loyal customers. Tried to find a pen refill the sales lady was patient. I ordered online a Webcam in the AM, picked it up that evening it was for very important client meeting the next morning. They've volunteered more than once to carry heavy things to my car or when I've had multiple purchases. Lots of free parking, Impressed that they supported March 8, International Women's Day by inviting business owners to have a table/chair to promote our businesses. Plus they made impressive signs using my business card. Kudos the entire team. Thanks very much, I highly recommend the store.

(December 12, 2018, 5:20 am)Just got a hp printer the guy who helped me was really friendly I would come back here again and do business with staples the store is really nice and big I haven't been to a Staples store in years always gone to best buy it looks like Staples renovated the store it looks so much better then years ago. Just got hp monitor very nice people and very helpful edited on December 11th 2018
