Also, the owner of the shop is also as sweet as his honey! Cracked a joke how "his best honey is at home cooking dinner for him and is not for sale" :) -

If you are not sure what to purchase, you can taste the different products he offers. I no longer have sugar at home. I use his Honey for everything from baking to cough syrup.
Since it is raw and organic I have been giving a spoonful to my baby since he was 4 days old.
Great Honey, Alexandre, we need more beekeepers like you. Thank you.
