  Dr. Kent was so helpful at a time I needed it most. I had a gap between my two front teeth that I was very self conscience about. Dr. Kent took time to explain why it had occurred and how he could help fix it. He fixed it in a matter of minutes and what was really impressive was the fact that I felt no pain during the procedure. He truly is a gentle and knowledgeable dentist who I would recommend to anyone, whether you need a cleaning or just want a nicer smile. Him and his team are amazing! Thank you Dr. Kent!

  Dr. Kent demonstrates a level of care for his patients that is a rarity amongst other dentists I have visited in the area. He listened to my concerns attentively and took the time to explain his recommended course of treatment without any pressure. I had a bit of anxiety at returning to a dental chair after several years of oral health neglect but his sensitivity to my worries put me immediately at ease. He is knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his follow up care after my procedure - even personally calling me to make sure I was recovering well. I can confidently recommend him to others.

  Every 5-star rating is well-deserved. Dr. Kent will truly take the time to personally attend to anyone who walks through his doors. I called him when he was short-staffed and when he had a packed schedule, but he still found the time to return my call and book me in for an appointment. He is patient, respectful, and a great dentist!

  Dr. Kent is an incredible dentist. He is very warm and even keel. He has a great smile, and is very confident in his skills. He is a super competent dentist, and is very talented in what he does. He loves to take charge of the situation, and you can tell he instinctively knows what the right thing to do is.
  
  Most doctors try to rush you out the door so they can get to the next patient and make more money, but I never once got this sense from Dr. Kent. He is a methodical man that likes to take his time and do things right the first time, and you can tell that he instills this ethic in his staff as they are all patient, great listeners and are never in a rush to get you out the door.
  
  Maria at the front always had a warm smile and always remembered my name (nice touch). She is super nice and works hard to keep things organized and flowing.
  
  Nancy was always smiling and such a super happy person. She always greets me with a super warm smile (not to mention that she has absolutely perfect teeth!). She is very organized and clearly works very hard to keep both the patient and Dr. Kent happy. Nancy is the most thorough and thoughtful hygienist I have ever used. She even called me randomly during the whole process to make sure I was doing alright. She was always asking if I was okay with what was happening, if I had any pain, and if I needed anything. I couldn’t believe the TLC that she brought to the whole process.
  
  Nancy and Dr. Kent are really a dynamic duo that are hard to contend with. They always make me feel welcome, ensure I am comfortable and that I am an important client to the clinic.
  
  I cannot say enough good things about this place. I rarely do this, but I give Dentistry on Thornhill Woods a 5+ Star rating. They truly are perfect in every way possible.

  Dr Kent and his staff are all so amazing. I have never waited more than a few minutes to see the dentist. The hygienist is so sweet and welcoming. The place is very warm and the staff are super friendly. I cannot say enough good things about them. I strongly recommend visiting Dr. Kent!
