We are glad that we ended up with the higher trim level because all the features fits exactly what we needed for the family. Excellent experience with Darren and all other friendly staff.

Free coffee and muffin added a nice touch to the already excellent service. Thank you Val for helping and explaining the schedule maintenance on my vehicle to me!

I was greeted by friendly staff, and was happy to deal with Raymond Orr. Raymond is a seasoned veteran automotive salesperson, and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process.
I purchased the vehicle, and must say I got a very fair deal. My trade-in had high kms, but Raymond was able to put it all together for me. When I picked up my new vehicle, there was a small issue with a decal on the exterior. Raymond went out of his way (and at his own expense) to look after me. I really appreciate the "extra mile" service I experienced at North York Chrysler.
Highly recommend you give Raymond and North York Chrysler a try. -

(May 7, 2019, 2:17 am)Raymond was amazing to deal with. My husband and I contacted this dealership looking for good friendly service. We knew what we wanted and Raymond was able to deliver. He handled the paperwork efficiently and we were impressed because we were from out of town. Everything was complete and ready to go as promised. With Raymond’s help, he made the transition from our old vehicle to our new vehicle as smooth as possible. We were able to finish the paperwork and pick our vehicle at a time that was convenient to us and we were even able to pick up our vehicle over the weekend so neither of us had to miss work. Flawless service! (My husband was so impressed he decided to replace his vehicle a couple months later and same excellent experience, ty)
