  We celebrated my mom’s anniversary in December in this nice and small restaurant. The food was very delicious and the customer service was very good as well. Thank you, we all enjoyed our party!

  This review is based on a takeout order. Overall, the food was good, but with a couple of misses.
  
  The Kharcho and red borscht soups were both authentic and excellent. The crepe appetizer and mushroom sauce was also very good, as was the Chebureki which I would highly recommend (after eating the only one I ordered, I was really sad I didn't order more).
  
  The only parts I didn't love as much were the Syrniki (a kind of pancake made with cheese), and Golubzi (cabbage rolls in tomato sauce). The Syrniki felt like they weren't very fresh, or perhaps that's just how they normally are, in which case I found them to be too dense for my personal taste. The cabbage rolls weren't terrible, but they were very mild tasting, and comprised of about 70 - 75% cabbage, with very little meat/rice stuffing, which was disappointing. The tomato sauce could also have used something else to liven it up a bit, like some cheese or cream.

  Food is good . Service was amazing . Place is clean . Design is simple but cozy . No draft beer though.

  Great experience! Came her for dinner with my daughter and was treated with a smile and a warm welcome. Food was amazing and portions are great))) My daughter (4) enjoyed the art on the walls. Food was fresh and tasted great! Found my go to place for Jewish homemade food.

  Awsome Eastern European food. Reasonably priced dishes. The style is kind of like multiple small dishes of tasty homemade food a grandma would make. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. You don't need to be dressed up. I have tried a few things I have never heard of or ate before and was pleasantly surprised.
