  The service is always great and its always stocked really well. In other hardware stores the staff seem to be reluctant to help but at this location they are always willing to assist and go above and beyond. I had to return something and the cashier helped us out tremendously even though we had forgotten the receipt. She had also helped us call head office for the same item to ensure we were refunded.

  Plenty of parking when you get here, clean inside. Was able to get help immediately and then cash out. Overall good experience,clean washrooms and a subway inside the Home Depot to eat a quick bite.

  Store is nicely organized, I normally use the website to easily locate items in-store so I don't waste time wandering around the store. Staff is very helpful when asked and I have never had an issue price matching competitors.

  Initial experience was terrible but in the end they was able to rectify the situation -we got what we wanted, which is the foundation of customer service; Although the experience, customer service, and quality control definitely needs major improvement, they do have potential.
  
  My family purchased a washer and dryer set from this location. The washer was purchased on December 22, 2018 - supposed to be delivered on December 29, 2018. Spoke with a manager, we were given the run around and finally received a washer on January 8th -almost 3 weeks later. The worst part is, this wasn't even the washer we ordered!!
  
  We were given an ultimatum; return the washer and pay a 10% restocking fee + delivery charges for their mistake or keep the unit with a $200 rebate.
  
  Left without a washer for 3 weeks and spending hundreds of dollars on a model we didn't even want.
  
  UPDATE: After visiting the store, the supervisor was able to offer a solution to our satisfaction. We exchange the appliances; the delivery of the new set and pick up of the old units went smoothly. Ben was very friendly and the only employee that actually sympathized and attempted to resolve the issue.
  
  Our final experience was great - standards I hope they will consistently maintain moving forward.

  Great customer service. I had placed an item on hold. Unfortunately they never held it but they handled it flawlessly. I waited for them to try and locate the product and I was approached by many associates to see if I was helped or needed help. Turned out my stud finder was no longer in stock so they instead sold me the most expensive one in the brand for the price of my cheaper one.
