R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness

Been having some on and off pain in my shoulder for about a year. When my shoulder is in full pain it sometimes takes weeks for the pain to subside. This was is one of those times. Went to see the R3 team, the doc asked a series of questions about the pain, assessed the shoulder and as he was assessing the pain he was explaining the process of what he was going to do and what to expect. Amazing! It was like he magically pulled the pain out of my shoulder.

The clinic was easy to find it was also very clean and sanitized. The team was so helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very informative and passionate about what they do. Would definitely go back there again and I recommend that you check them out.

Robbie and the team at R3 are constantly finding ways to be more and more innovative, while finding that your health is your #1 priority over everything. They quickly assess the issue you are faced with and being solution based with a great plan of attack to get you back to 120%. I walked in with so much low back and neck pain from sitting at my day job And after one session I walked out with instantly feeling better, went for my 2nd appointment and it was based Around the surrounding areas so I don’t Re-aggravate the muscles that we just worked on the week prior. R3 is the only thing that I can recommend to help you be pain free in a short period of time and they are also going above and beyond to ensure high levels of cleanliness during this day in our world I felt very safe.

The team at R3 was simply amazing!

I recently had reconstructive knee surgery and they have helped me recover and get back to my old self! Robert is amazing, his knowledge and professionalism is very reassuring and the service is just awesome. The rooms are so nice, and I have to say in general; they are the best physio, massage and wellness clinic I have ever been to! Thanks again R3 for all you have done for me on my road to recovery.
